Aluscand is an established player in custom aluminum profile systems for the construction and glass industries. The company delivers high-quality glazing systems and aluminum profiles to professional customers such as glassworks, balcony and conservatory installers, and construction contractors.
All operations take place from their facility in Tyresö where offices, warehouse, and production are under the same roof. Aluscand strongly focuses on quality, customer orientation, and long-term collaborations, and you will be part of a smaller, close-knit, and unpretentious team where everyone helps each other.
Job Information
As an inside salesperson at Aluscand, you will be a central part of the customer dialogue — from the first contact to the completed order. You will work with both existing and new customers and create business by combining technical understanding, service orientation, and business acumen.
This is a role for you who thrives on responsibility, good customer contact, precision in your work, and where you can truly contribute to the company's continued development.
Responsibilities
The work involves periods of high tempo, making it important to prioritize and work systematically even when many things are happening at once. In the role, you will, among other things:
- Receive and handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Create quotes and follow up on business
- Make calculations and work with pricing and margins
- Ensure correct order documentation for production
- Administer cases in the business system
- New customer acquisition
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in sales, order administration, or customer service, preferably B2B
- Has an interest in technical products and numbers (measurements, percentages, calculations)
- Good computer skills and comfort in working with different systems
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have previously worked in construction, glass, or industry-related businesses or with technical sales. It is also advantageous if you have a post-secondary degree.
